Pascoag Man Killed in CT Crash

Connecticut State Police have released information about a crash Sunday afternoon in Killingly, which killed a 23 year old from Pascoag, RI.

Nicholas Silva was traveling eastbound on Route 6 on Sunday, when he rear-ended a truck in the same lane, that was waiting to turn left.

The driver of that truck, Robert Navan, 47, of Sterling, Connecticut was not injured in the crash, nor was his passenger.

Silva was taken to Day Kimball Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.

The accident remains under investigation by CT State Police.
