Pawtucket Firefighter Charged with Sexual Assault

Pawtucket Police have charged a city firefighter with sexual assault on a minor.

38 year-old Cody Reed was arrested yesterday and charged with two counts of sexual assault on a juvenile.  He's been a Pawtucket firefighter for nine years.  Reed was arraigned today and did not enter a plea.

Police Major Arthur Martins says the victim was a 14 year-old girl but would not elaborate on when or where the alleged assaults took place.
