Pawtucket man charged in fatal Boston shooting

BOSTON, Mass. (WLNE) – A Pawtucket man was arrested and charged with a fatal shooting Tuesday morning in Boston.
Boston Police said 34-year-old Phillip Foy shot a male victim in the area of 120 Huntington Avenue in the city’s South End just before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
Foy fled the scene in a taxi cab and was later apprehended in the Back Bay area.
Police said the victim was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Foy will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on charges of Murder, Armed Carjacking and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
The shooting is under investigation.
