Pawtucket police search for three suspects in armed home invasion

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) – Authorities in Pawtucket are looking for three men who were involved in an armed home invasion.

Police said they responded to a report of a home invasion on December 13 around 3 p.m. at the Village Lofts on Esten Avenue.

When officers arrived, they said they found the victims in the hallway of their apartment building.  The victims told officers that while they were inside of their apartment, three men entered through the unlocked apartment door.

The victims told Pawtucket police that one of the men brandished a black gun with a red taser.

The three suspects rummaged through the apartment, took the victims cell phones, and a set of keys before fleeing.

Once the men left, the victims asked neighbors to call 911 for them.

According to police, none of the victims sustained any injuries.

Detectives began to investigate, and obtained video surveillance footage which captured the three men in the apartment building.

Anyone with information on the incident or the suspects is urged to call Detective Andrew Torres at (401)-727-9100 ext. 769.
