PC Men’s Basketball Releases 2023-2024 Non-Conference Schedule

PROVIDENCE, R.I.– The Providence College men’s basketball team’s 2023-24 non-conference schedule was announced today (Aug.6). The Friars will play 11 non-conference games to open the 2023-24 season. Providence will begin the season against Columbia on Monday, Nov. 6 at the Amica Mutual Pavilion.

In addition to their home opener versus Columbia, the Friars’ other home games will be versus Milwaukee (Saturday, Nov. 11), Wisconsin (Tuesday, Nov. 14) in the Gavitt Games, Lehigh (Friday, Nov. 24), Wagner (Tuesday, Nov. 28), Rhode Island (Saturday, Dec. 2), Brown (Sunday, Dec. 10), and Sacred Heart (Saturday, Dec. 16).

In the team’s first neutral site games of the season, the Friars will play two games in the Baha Mar Hoops Bahamas Championship scheduled for November 17-19 in Nassau, Bahamas. The Friars will face Kansas State on November 17 at 6:00 p.m. In their second game of the Championship, the Friars will play Miami or Georgia on November 19 at 12 or 2:30 p.m. All games of the tournament will be televised on CBS Sports Network.

On December 5, the Friars will travel to Norman, Oklahoma to play the Sooners in the BIG EAST/Big 12 battle.
