A bus load of Providence College students and staff is head to Philadelphia this weekend to see Pope Francis at the World Meeting of Families.

"I think we could have filled another bus," said senior Andrew Butler.

That is if they could have found one.  Student organizer Andrew Butler explains the struggles of planning the pilgrimage.

"We’re actually lucky to get one bus.  We had to search all over New England just to find one so," said Butler.

The bus is leaving at 2 a.m. Saturday and returning after midnight Monday.

"How many times are you going to be able to see the pope in your life," said Butler.

ABC6 News will be tracking the students and bring you updates on their pilgrimage throughout the weekend.
