Pedestrian killed after being hit by car in Foxborough

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WLNE) — A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a car in Foxobrough.

The crash happened just before 11 a.m. near the intersection of Cocasset and Oak streets.

The pedestrian, only identified as a man, was taken to a local hospital where he later died.

Police said the driver, a 35-year-old from Foxborough, remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
