Pedestrian killed after being hit by car in Providence
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Providence police said a pedestrian was killed after being hit by a car Tuesday night.
The crash happened at about 10 p.m. Tuesday on North Main Street in front of the Charles Gate Apartments.
Police closed a section of the road for nearly an hour.
The person’s name wasn’t immediately released.
