Pick of the Litter: Meet Chino!

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Today we met a pup named Chino up for adoption at the Rhode Island SCPA.

Chino a playful 11 year old who likes to go on walks and is looking for a forever home.
