Pick of the Litter: Meet Thunderbolt and Cupcake

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Today we met two guinea pigs named Thunderbolt and Cupcake at Rhode Island SCPA.

Both are four years old and can live in any home.
