Picture-perfect MDW weather

Strong high pressure has settled into the Northeast and it couldn’t have come at a better time.

Especially when you consider that a deepening storm along the Carolina coast looked primed to move north towards us earlier in the week.

All 3 days will be mainly sunny. The one ‘knock’ on the weekend, if you will, is a backdoor cold front cooling things down on Monday.

That brings the temperatures back down into the 60s and 70s Monday and Tuesday, but things warm back into the 80s through the end of the week, with 90 possible by Thursday.
