JOHSTON, R.I (WLNE) – PJ’s Pub announced on social media on Monday that they will be permanently closing their Johnston location due to an “unsuccessful lease negotiation.”

Paul and John of PJ’s pub say they are grateful for the past six years and thanked all the customers for their patronage and support, and urges people to visit the Cranston location.

PJ’s said they have a great relationship with their landlord, but they could not come to a mutual agreement that benefited both parties.
