Police arrest Fall River carjacking suspect

Gagne is charged with multiple offenses along with Carjacking, and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon on a Person Over 60, and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle.
He was also wanted for an unarmed robbery at the Low Price Convenience Store at
