Police find missing 71-year-old Pawtucket man

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Pawtucket police said that a 71-year-old man who was reported missing Monday has been found.

Police said Joao Silva was located Tuesday morning. He was taken to a hospital for treatment because of weather exposure.

It wasn’t immediately known where Silva was found. The 71-year-old, police said, suffers from dementia.
