Police ID man killed after fall from tower

State Police have identified the victim found deceased in Exeter Thursday afternoon.

20-year-old Tyler Bresnahan, of Narragansett, died from his injuries after police say he climbed a cell phone tower near Yawgoo Valley Road and fell.

Troopers and fire crews responded to the scene around 2:43 p.m. Thursday after reports that Bresnahan had fallen from the tower.

Police investigation revealed the fall was accidental.
