Police identify Fall River man found dead by Taunton River

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Police on Friday identified the Fall River man found dead by the Taunton River.

The body was found at about 6 p.m. Thursday near Atlantic Avenue.

The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office said bystanders found John Boday fully clothed, floating a short distance offshore.

No foul play is suspected.

No further information was immediately released.
