Police identify man accused of making fraudulent online purchases at Home Depot

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) — Update: Johnston police said the man accused of making fraudulent online purchases has been identified.

Police in Johnston are looking to identify a man accused of making fraudulent online purchases at Home Depot.

They posted photos on social media Thursday of a man and a silver MGC or Chevrolet pickup truck.

 

In a photo dated May 20, the man is seen wearing a black face mask, black baseball hat, Calvin Klein jacket, jeans, and red and white Nike sneakers.

He is accused of using someone’s financial information to make online purchases.

Anyone with information on his identity is asked to call Johnston police at 401-231-4210.
