Police: Red dye pack bursts on Fall River bank robbery suspect, caught in Providence

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Fall River police caught a bank robbery suspect who was quite literally “red-handed.”

The robbery happened Monday morning at the Rockland Trust on Brayton Ave.

According to police, 41-year-old Agostini Domingo handed the teller a note demanding money.

Domingo was given cash including a concealed dye pack and when he jogged away from the bank, it burst, covering him and the money in red dye.

He drove off but investigators were able to get a good description of him and his vehicle.

He was arrested in Providence.

Domingo is now being held pending a warrant request.
