Police search for man who escaped home confinement

Rhode Island State Police are searching for a dangerous man who escaped from the Rhode Island Department of Corrections Home Confinement program in May.

They say Frank A. Rogowski, 24, whose last known addresses are in West Warwick, Warwick, Coventry and Hopkintin is wanted for escaping the Home Confinement Program on May 26th.

Rogowski is described as 5’7” and 164 pounds with brown hair and eyes and has a criminal record that includes assaults, larcenies and robbery.

Police say he is to be considered dangerous and are asking anyone who spots him to call 911. Anyone with information about Rogowski can call Detective Sgt. Timothy Dandeneau at 401-462-2650.
