Posada Back In Lineup Tonight For Yanks

CLEVELAND (AP) – Jorge Posada is back in the New York Yankees'

lineup after missing one game a sore left knee.

The veteran switch-hitter was listed sixth in the lineup as the

designated hitter for New York's third game of a four-game series

against the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday night.

Posada was listed as the catcher on Tuesday night, before being

scratched by manager Joe Girardi a few minutes before game time.

Francisco Cervelli, who caught that game, was listed to be

behind the plate again.

Posada went 1 for 3 with a run in the Yankees' 3-2 win Monday

night. He is hitting .269 with 12 homers and 38 RBIs in 69 games

this season.
