BOSTON (WLNE) — Post Malone postponed his performance at TD Garden scheduled for Saturday night.

The show was to be part of his “Twelve Carat Tour.”

Post tweeted an explanation for the Saturday’s cancelation, saying in part, “I woke up to a cracking sound on the right side of my body. I felt so great last night, but today it felt so different than it has before. I’m having a very difficult time breathing, and there’s like a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move.”

He added that he was in the hospital, being treated for the pain.

Post Malone explained that anyone who had tickets to Saturday’s show will be given tickets to a rescheduled show at a later date.

“I feel terrible, but I promise I’m going to make this up to you,” he concluded.
