Providence celebrates Puerto Rican Bay Fest
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Puerto Rico Bay Fest 2023 was held at India Point Park on Sunday.
The event featured traditional Puerto Rican cultural attire, food, music, and art.
The festival was sponsored by the Puerto Rican Professional Association of Rhode Island.
