An in-depth investigation then began by the Providence Police Detective Bureau and a suspect was developed identified as Victor Onishi, DOB 7-4-80, of the above address.  At approximately 5:30 am, Massachusetts State Police found Onishi parked in his vehicle on 195 West in the city of Fall River, MA.
