Providence man faces second-degree child molestation charges

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Attorney General Peter Neronha said Tuesday a Providence man faces multiple child molestation charges after his arrest in January.

Neronha said Pasquale Gaudiano, 46, was charged with two counts of second-degree child molestation.

According to Providence police, it is alleged Gaudiano sexually assaulted a 14-year-old victim multiple times between Dec. 26, 2022, and Jan. 6, of this year.

Gaudiano is scheduled for a pre-arraignment conference on May 18, in Providence County Superior Court.
