     A Providence man is behind
bars this weekend, accused of hitting and killing a man with his car on the Cape.

Police were trying to pull over 32 year old Benjamin Shealey
last night, but he didn't stop.

That's when police say he plowed into 62 year old Albert Dellamalva
of Orleans, with
his car and killed him.  Shealey then crashed into another car trying to get away and injured
four other people.

Shealey now faces several motor vehicle charges.  He'll be in a Cape Cod court
tomorrow.
