Providence Performing Arts Center announces 2023 – 2024 season

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Performing Arts Center announced their lineup of shows for the 2023 through 2024 season.

They announced their dazzling lineup of sensational, Tony-winning shows on Tuesday.

The shows announced for the Taco / The White Family Foundation Broadway Series are as follows.

  • Funny Girl — Sept. 9 – 16
  • Mrs. Doubtfire — Oct. 17 – 22
  • Moulin Rouge! — Dec. 19 – 31
  • Harper Lee’s To Kill A Mockingbird — Feb. 6 – 11
  • Disney’s Frozen — March 7 – 17
  • Company — April 23 – 28

They also introduced their lineup for their Encore Series which includes:

  • The Book of Mormon — Oct. 31 through Nov. 5
  • Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas — Nov. 28, through Dec. 3
  • Ain’t Too Proud, The Life and times of The Temptations — Jan. 23 – 28
