Providence police have warrant in murder

Providence Police confirm that there is an arrest warrant for a 19-year-old man wanted for the murder of a father of three in broad day light in the city last month.

46-year-old Richard Arenas was working on his vehicle outside of his Leah Street home shortly before noon on June 12 when he was gunned down.

The suspect faces first-degree murder and firearms charges.
