Police said Rashard Glenn was apprehended by U.S. Marshals in Tucson on Wednesday.
The 26-year-old was accused of shooting a woman in his apartment building on Hartford Avenue on April 26.
Police said a woman was banging on the door of an apartment in the building in an attempt to get inside when Glenn confronted her, saying she woke up children upstairs.

An arrest warrant was then issued.
Glenn was charged with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a firearm after being convicted of a crime of violence, discharging a firearm in a compact area, carrying a pistol without a license, committing a crime of violence while armed with a dangerous weapon, and use of firearm while committing a crime of violence.
