Police said Rashard Glenn was apprehended by U.S. Marshals in Tucson on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old was accused of shooting a woman in his apartment building on Hartford Avenue on April 26.

Police said a woman was banging on the door of an apartment in the building in an attempt to get inside when Glenn confronted her, saying she woke up children upstairs.
