Quinnipiac University fining unvaccinated students $200 a week, lose access to campus wi-fi

Quinnipiac University in Connecticut is taking drastic measures to crack down on students who are not vaccinated.

The school sent out an email to about 600 students who have not sent their vaccine information to the university.

If those students do not get vaccinated before September 14th they could face fines of up to $200 a week.

Unvaccinated students will also lose access to campus wi-fi.

Students can avoid the fines by getting at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by August 25 and the second dose by September 14.
