Rain Moving In For Sunday Afternoon & Evening

A fast-moving “cold front” will bring thickening clouds Sunday morning. Those clouds will be yielding rain for the afternoon and evening hours, some of which may be heavy at times toward the evening, especially in the southern half of the state along with gusty winds. Temperatures will be quite mild as they rise to the mid 50s.

The rain looks to be ending around the midnight hour with clearing setting in toward Monday morning. Overnight lows won’t really drop off all that much as they hold in the upper 40s. Expect a return to sunshine for Monday. However, expect temperatures to fall from the 50s by midday into the 40s for the afternoon.

Dry conditions will last through Wednesday afternoon with slightly cooler readings on Tuesday before rebounding above average again for Wednesday as we close out November. Another round of rain appears due in for Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.
