Red Cross helps Warren family after house fire

Warren House

WARREN, R.I. (WLNE)- A fire broke out in the backyard of a Warren home on Monday around 5:30 p.m.

An ABC6 photographer was on the scene and a neighbor told him that a FedEx delivery driver was the one who discovered the fire. The fire department showed up in about five minutes to put the fire out.

Our photographer also saw boxes being carried from the house by firefighters along with the residents.

The Red Cross is helping the family out. Providing them with personal care items like toothbrushes, deodorant, and shaving supplies.

More details will be added as they become available.
