Report: Red Sox Talking to Dustin Pedroia About Retirement

The Boston Red Sox are working with Dustin Pedroia on a deal that would allow the longtime second baseman to end his career this offseason, acoording to the Boston Globe.

Pedroia has only played in nine major league games over the past three seasons because of a knee injury.

The former MVP is in the final year of his contract and is due $12 million this season.
