Reports: Matt Patricia Joining Philadelphia Eagles as Senior Defensive Assistant

Multiple reports Thursday saying Matt Patricia is joining the Philadelphia Eagles coaching staff for 2023.

After a failed experiment as the Patriots offensive play-caller in 2022, Patricia is reportedly being brought in by Philly as a senior defensive assistant.

Patricia was a Super Bowl-winning defensive coordinator in New England and a former head coach of the Detroit Lions.
