Reports: Newton Not Yet Cleared To Return, Still Not Showing COVID-19 Symptoms

Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reporting Sunday Cam Newton has not been cleared to return to the Patriots, as of late last week. He has not been able to produce two consecutive negative tests for coronavirus.

Newton is still not showing COVID-19 symptoms. His father, Cecil, talked with Bridget Condon of ABC11 in Raleigh about his son, saying Cam was asymptomatic and describing Newton’s reaction to testing positive.
