Rescue crews respond to two separate crashes in Lakeville, one taken to hospital

LAKEVILLE, Mass. (WLNE) — Rescue crews responded to two separate crashes in Lakeville on Thursday, according to the town’s fire department.

Officials said that one person had to be taken to the hospital after a two-car crash on Freetown and County Streets. That crashed happened just after 1:30 p.m.

Crews had responded to a head-on crash on Clear Pond Road earlier that day just before 7:30 a.m.

The department said that four people were evaluated at the scene for injuries, but none had to be taken to the hospital.
