Residents Taking Precautions Against Downed Trees

Along with power outages and flooded roads, a common result of strong wind and rain are downed trees and branches. And with potential high winds coming with Hurricane Earl, some homeowners are taking steps to prevent potential tree problems, and having them removed ahead of time.
