Responders perform life-saving-efforts on victim from water-rescue in Bourne

BOURNE, Mass. (WLNE) — Massachusetts Environmental Police were seen transporting a victim of a water-rescue Sunday afternoon.

Photographer, David Curran captured footage of police boats and emergency responders docking their vehicles and preparing a stretcher around 2 p.m.

Emergency Medical Technicians could also be seen performing life-saving measures on a victim inside the rescue boat.

The town of Bourne’s Harbor Patrol and Massachusetts State Police remained on scene after the victim was transported in an ambulance.

When asked for comment on the incident, state police said they had no information to share at this time.

Information regarding the victim was not immediately released.
