Rhode Island reports 483 new cases of COVID-19, 7 deaths since Friday
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Department of Health released the state’s latest coronavirus data on Monday.
State health officials reported 483 new cases of COVID-19 since Friday’s report.
Seven more Rhode Islanders died after contracting COVID-19, bringing the state’s death toll to 2,678.
The state reported 124 Rhode Islanders are hospitalized for the virus. Of these patients, 22 people are in the ICU and 19 are on a ventilator.
Data shows that 395,714 residents have been fully vaccinated.
