Rhode Island State Police arrest Rehoboth man on drug, gun charges

REHOBOTH, Mass. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force arrested a Rehoboth man on multiple weapons and narcotics charges on Tuesday.

Justin Croke, 30, of Rehoboth was found to be in possession of a stolen 9mm semi-automatic pistol and multiple parts of AR-15 rifles, including 30-round magazines and silencers.

Croke was also found to be in possession of cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl.

The investigation was launched after the HIDTA Task Force received reports of an individual allegedly involved in the distribution and sale of narcotics.

A search warrant for the U-Haul Moving and Storage Facility located at 35 Oxford Street in Providence was executed on May 9.

Croke was charged with multiple narcotics and firearm charges, including possession of a ghost gun and possession of a stolen firearm.
