A Rhode Island man has admitted that he used his cellphone to watch a teenage girl change in a department store in Massachusetts.

Sheldon Fulbeck, of Lincoln, pleaded guilty Monday to taping the girl while she was trying on bathing suits in a Revere store last month.

Two years ago, he was accused of sticking his cell phone under the changing room door  and taking videos of women trying on clothes at a Target in North Attleboro.

That case is still pending.

Fulbeck was sentenced to one year in jail with 60 days to serve.

He’s the first person charged in Massachusetts under the "upskirting" law.
