PROVIDENCE, RI (WLNE) – State Police say they arrested three Rhode Island men after they seized 516 marijuana plants, 139 pounds of usable marijuana, and 13 guns in a drug investigation.
The court-authorized searches at three different addresses on Friday also resulted in state police seizing more than $87,000 in cash, more than 22.5 pounds of butane honey oil, and equipment used in to grow and sell marijuana.

State police also seized 120 vape pens and crystal meth during the searches.
Alfred Ancone (Pictured left), 34, of Coventry was charged with the following:
1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance – Marijuana
2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana In Excess of 5 Kilograms
3) Controlled Substance Conspiracy
4) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation (6 counts)
Thomas Moulton (Pictured middle), 32, of Warwick was charged with the following:
1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance – Marijuana
2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana in Excess of 5 Kilograms
3) Manufacturing a Schedule I controlled substance- Marijuana Butane Hash Oil
4) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation (7 counts).
5) Possession of a Controlled Substance-Crystal Methamphetamine
Michael Vitone (Pictured left), 32, of Providence, was charged with following :
1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule I Controlled Substance – Marijuana
2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana In Excess of 5 Kilograms
3) Controlled Substance Conspiracy
4) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation (6 counts
All three men were held without bail pending a status conference next week.
