RIDOH reports 22 new coronavirus cases, two new deaths

R.i. Municipalities To Set Up Registries To Get Covid 19 Vaccine

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 22 new coronavirus cases and two new deaths on Monday.

These new numbers bring the state’s total cases to 152,106.

Rhode Island reported two additional deaths, bringing the state’s total to 2,719.

There are currently 43 Rhode Islanders hospitalized for the virus. Data shows that 5 of these patients are in the ICU and 5 are on a ventilator.

Since mid-December, 664,134 Rhode Islanders have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The state reported 574,846 Rhode Islanders have been fully immunized.
