RIDOH reports 25 new coronavirus cases, no new deaths

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- The Rhode Island Department of Health reported 25 new coronavirus cases and no new deaths for Thursday.

These new numbers bring the state’s total cases to 152,643.

Rhode Island reported two additional deaths, keeping the state’s total to 2,730.

There are currently 21 Rhode Islanders hospitalized for the virus. Data shows that 2 of these patients are in the ICU and 3 are on a ventilator.

Since mid-December, 691,495Rhode Islanders have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The state reported 633,116 Rhode Islanders have been fully immunized.
