RIDOH reports 72 new COVID-19 cases and 14 deaths for Tuesday

PROVIDENCE, RI (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health updated their COVID-19 data Tuesday adding 72 new cases and 14 deaths.

The state’s death toll is now at 865, according to state health data.

According to RIDOH data, 3,016 COVID-19 tests were recorded Monday.

There are 129 people in the hospital with COVID-19, 16 with ICU, 13 require a ventilator.

Rhode Island has seen 16,164 COVID-19 cases throughout the pandemic.
