RIDOH reports 951 positive cases and 12 deaths

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WLNE) – The Rhode Island Department of Health announced 951 new cases and 12 deaths related to COVID-19.

The new numbers bring the state’s total to 77,290 positive cases and 1,602 deaths.

Rhode Island is seeing a slight decrease in percent positive from Wednesday with 6.3% dropping to 5.2%

469 are hospitalized with 30 needing ventilators.
