Police say they've found a clue in the case of a brazen home invasion in Attleboro on Monday.

Two armed men forced their way into the house on Newport Ave. with a mother and son inside. The robbers pulled a gun on the family and got away with cash and a laptop, but one of the crooks dropped his ID.

The robbery sparked a manhunt in some nearby woods using a helicopter and even police dogs, but Police weren't able to find the robbers Monday afternoon. They do say the men ran off toward the Cardi's Furniture store in Attleboro.
