Robber Hits Two Banks in Two States Thursday Afternoon

A bank robber hit two banks in two states Thursday afternoon, making off with an undetermined amount of cash from banks in Warwick and North Attleboro.

The heavyset man wore a cowboy hat at the robbery in Warwick, but did not wear it in North Attleboro.  Bank employees in North Attleboro tell police they saw what appeared to be a gun in his possession.

He remains at large tonight.
