Sales Assistant
Sales Assistant — Are you energetic, self-motivated and good with deadlines? Skilled in Excel, Word and PowerPoint? Would you like to put these skills to work in a fast-paced energy filled environment where no two days are alike? Then, we would like to talk with you about becoming a member of our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Entering advertising sales orders for broadcast and digital
- Regular communication with the Director of Sales, national reps and agency buyers as well as Account Executives, Local Advertising agencies, and local direct clients
- Develop a firm understanding of the sales process and Comscore ratings
- Organizing and maintaining schedules, along with maintaining Sales materials
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must
- Ability to multi-task a must.
- Knowledge of digital and social media marketing a plus
