Second Perry brother pleads no contest to child molestation charges

A former youth coach who was accused of molesting 3 boys over a decade ago pled no contest Wednesday in superior court.

Richard Perry, 57, of Warren, pled two three count of second degree child molestation after hearing testimony from Bristol Police during his trial.

Perry was sentenced to 30 years in prison with 10 to serve and the rest on probation.

He must also take sex offender counseling classes and register as a sex offender.

Perry was accused of molesting three different boys from 1999- 2003. His brother, Jesse Perry, was found guilty last week on child molestation charges.
