Rhode Island State Senator Frank Lombardo was a victim of a rash of car break-ins in Johnston last weekend.
Lombardo says he discovered personal items missing from his car on Labor Day including his sunglasses, IPod, shell gas card, EZ pass and Senate badge.
When he called to turn off his gas card someone was in the process of making a charge at a Pawtucket Shell. This is an image from a surveillance camera in the store of the individual attempting to make the charge.
The break-ins happened in the area of Rollingwood drive in Johnston and Lombardo says this is not the first time. His car was robbed two other times in his driveway in the past couple years.
